Return policy

Delivery  

RentEvent offers free delivery within the Capital Region of Iceland.

All equipment is delivered directly to your home, venue, or event location at the agreed time confirmed upon booking.

Please note that self-pickup is currently not available.

Delivery time is confirmed individually with each order to ensure smooth coordination.

 

Returns

All equipment must:

• Be ready for collection at the agreed time.

• Be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Late returns, abnormal wear, or damage may result in additional charges.

 

Event Delivery & Setup

If RentEvent provides setup and/or takedown services, clear and safe access to the venue must be ensured at the agreed time.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the environment is suitable and safe for installation of the equipment.
