Rental Terms

General Provisions  

By confirming an order with RentEvent ehf., the customer agrees to the following rental terms.  RentEvent ehf. (ID No. 500226-0640) reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice.

Renter’s Responsibility  

The renter bears full responsibility for the rented equipment from delivery until the equipment is returned and inspected by RentEvent.  

The renter agrees to:  

• Take proper care of the equipment and prevent damage  

• Return the equipment at the agreed time 

Late Returns  

If the equipment is not returned at the agreed time, RentEvent reserves the right to:  

• Charge additional rental fees for each day that passes  

Damage and Loss  

The renter is responsible for:  

• Damage  

• Lost items  

The cost of repair or replacement will be charged according to RentEvent’s price list.

Cleaning  

If the equipment is returned in an unusually dirty condition, RentEvent may charge a cleaning fee.
