What we provide
Everything the bar needs, from one supplier
For annual company parties (árshátíð), Christmas parties, receptions, launches, openings and team days. You choose what you need and we put together a proposal.
Bartenders
At least two years' bar experience, most of them former head bartenders. They bring the bar tools, serve for the whole booked time and clear down the bar at the end of the shift. Set-up before the event by arrangement.

Glasses in bulk
Wine, beer, highball, lowball and cocktail glasses. Washing-up is included, so you return the glasses just as they are.

Beer taps
A chilled tap that runs on electricity, no gas. We connect it on site at no extra cost. You provide the keg.

Cocktail kits and syrups
Shaker, jigger, strainer and bar spoon if you mix yourselves. Our bartenders bring their own bar tools. Syrups and purées are available to buy as well.

Example set-up
Reception for 80 guests
This is how the bar could look for a three-hour reception or launch, calculated with our current prices.
Two bartenders are enough when the menu is simple, as here: wine, sparkling wine, draught beer and soft drinks. With a cocktail menu we recommend one per 35 guests, or three for 80 people. Wine glasses for wine and sparkling wine, beer glasses at the tap and highball glasses for soft drinks, water and long drinks.
You provide the drinks, ice and access to water. The bartenders go through the drinks menu with you before the event and help you estimate quantities.
An estimate, not a quote. The final price depends on the date, the location and what you choose.

Cost examples: Christmas parties for 30, 60 and 100 guests
This is what the bar could cost at an indoor company Christmas party, with bartenders for 4 hours (e.g. 7–11 pm), draught beer and a short cocktail menu. Everything is calculated with our current list prices.
These are examples, not a package or a quote. Each line is list price × quantity and the total is a plain sum of the lines, including VAT, for one rental day. You choose what you take and pay only for that.
The rules of thumb: one bartender per 35 guests, three glasses per guest (wine, beer and cocktail glass), syrup for about one and a half cocktails per guest. The bartenders bring the bar tools (shaker, jigger, strainer and bar spoon), so no cocktail kit is needed. You provide the drinks, the ice and access to water.
Optional: disposable 40 cl plastic cups, ISK 2,794 per pack (50), e.g. for an outdoor area. If part of the event is outside, patio heaters (ISK 4,990 per day) or a party tent can be added. None of that is in the totals above.
Companies can be invoiced to their ID number (kennitala) instead of paying by card.
