About the product
Keeps your guests warm on the deck, in the tent or outdoors as the evening draws in. It runs on electricity, so it can be used in a tent where gas heaters are not allowed.
IPX4 weather protection handles spray and damp. A stable base and simple set-up: plug it in and choose the heat.
A heater for your tent
The patio heater runs on electricity, so it can be used inside a party tent, where open flames and gas heaters are not allowed. It is 2000 W, with three heat settings and IPX4 weather protection.
How many tent heaters do you need?
A good rule of thumb is one heater per 20 m² of tent:
- Party tent 4×5 m: one heater.
- Party tent 5×8 m: two heaters.
On a cold evening you can add one more. Keep the sides of the tent closed so the heat stays in. We have ten heaters.
Power and safety
- Each heater draws 2000 W. If you can, plug each heater into its own circuit in the fuse box, not the same circuit as a beer tap, an oven or a kettle.
- Use an outdoor extension cable rated for the load and unwind it fully from the reel.
- Stand the heater on level ground, well clear of the tent cover.
- Switch the heater off when nobody is in the tent.

Instructions
The heater is electric and ready as soon as it is plugged in.
Before switching on
- Place the heater on a flat, stable surface at least 1 m from the tent fabric, walls and anything that can burn.
- Don't cover the heater or hang anything on it.
- Use an outdoor extension cord rated for the load and unroll it fully from the reel. Ideally each heater should be on its own circuit, not shared with a beer tap, oven or kettle.
Switching on and adjusting the heat
- Plug the heater in.
- Pull the cord to switch it on.
- Each pull moves to the next heat setting. There are three settings.
- The pull after the last setting switches the heater off.
Safety and packing up
- Switch the heater off when nobody is near it and at the end of the evening, and unplug it.
- The heating head gets very hot. Let it cool for a few minutes before moving or touching it.
- Power keeps tripping? There is too much on the same circuit. Move the heater to a socket on another circuit.

Frequently asked questions
Does the heater need a special socket?
No, a standard socket is enough. It draws 2000 W, so it is best not to run other high-power appliances on the same circuit.
Can it be used inside a tent?
Yes. It runs on electricity, so it suits tents, where gas heaters do not belong. Keep a good distance between the heater and the tent fabric.
How many heaters do I need?
A good rule of thumb is one heater per 20 m²: one for the 4×5 m tent and two for the 5×8 m tent.
Can I cancel?
Yes. With 7 days' notice or more you get a full refund. With 2–6 days' notice you get a 50% refund or a credit note for the full amount. Within 48 hours of the event there is no refund.
