Better-looking drinks with no effort

Dried fruit is the easiest way to make drinks look like they came from a good cocktail bar. The slices from Goldberg Secret Garden are handmade and air-dried, so they keep their colour, shape and aroma. There is no cutting or squeezing, they do not drip and every slice looks the same, which matters when you are making dozens of drinks in a short time.

How much do you need? Allow one slice per glass. At a party of 50 where each guest has two or three garnished drinks, one or two bags are enough. Leftovers keep for a long time in a closed bag in a dry place and can be used at your next party.

The slices go well with non-alcoholic drinks and mixers, and they also look lovely on cakes, cheese boards and mulled drinks. See all items for sale or book a bartender to take care of the drinks and the garnish.

Frequently asked questions

How many slices are in each bag?

A 100 g bag holds about 115 lime slices, 90 lemon slices, 58 orange slices or 50 pink grapefruit slices.

How should I store dried fruit?

In a closed bag in a cool, dry place. That way the slices keep their colour and aroma for a long time.

Do the slices need soaking?

No. Put them straight into the drink or on the rim of the glass. They soften a little and release their aroma.

Can I use dried fruit in hot drinks?

Yes, for example in tea, hot apple juice and alcohol-free mulled drinks.

How do I get the product?

It comes with your booking together with the rental equipment. If you only order items for sale, we deliver within 1–3 working days. Delivery is free in the capital area on orders over ISK 10,000.
