Dried lemon slices are a simple, good-looking garnish for cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, iced tea and soda water. They are ready straight from the bag, with no cutting or squeezing, and they look the same in every glass. That matters when you are making dozens of drinks in a short time. Many people also use them on cakes, cheese boards and in hot tea.
