About the product
Strawberry syrup from Fee Brothers, with a rich, sweet strawberry flavour and a lovely red colour. The syrup is non-alcoholic and comes in a 984 ml bottle.
Use it in strawberry lemonade, an alcohol-free Strawberry Daiquiri, frozen fruit drinks and mocktails, or in milkshakes, smoothies and over ice cream and desserts. Most drinks use 20–30 ml, so one bottle makes 30–50 drinks.
A simple jug recipe: 1 part strawberry syrup, 1 part lemon juice and about 8 parts water or soda water. Garnish with dried lemon. Keep the bottle in the fridge after opening.
The syrup comes with your rental equipment or bartender in the Reykjavik area. We also have strawberry syrup in a 1 litre bottle and more cocktail syrups.
