About the product
Bardjús lemon juice is pure, cold-pressed organic lemon juice in a 1 litre bottle, with no added sugar or additives. It is made for the bar: no squeezing dozens of lemons before the party, and every drink tastes the same.
Fresh lemon juice is the base of sours, lemonade and most alcohol-free cocktails. Use it for homemade lemonade, a lemon fizz with soda water, an alcohol-free sour with cocktail foamer or in iced tea. Most drinks use 20–30 ml, so one litre makes around 35–50 drinks.
Instead of being pasteurised, the juice is frozen straight after pressing, which is why the flavour stays fresh. It arrives frozen. Keep it in the freezer (−18 °C), where it keeps for 12 months, and thaw it in the fridge the day before your party.
