Lime juice 1 L

Bardjús lime juice is pure, cold-pressed organic juice in a 1 litre bottle. Nothing is added, so you get the fresh taste of just-squeezed limes without juicing a whole crate of fruit.

Lime juice is a bar essential. It goes into alcohol-free mojitos, limeade, an alcohol-free Mule with ginger beer, an alcohol-free Paloma and most tropical mocktails. Drinks usually take 20–25 ml, so one litre makes around 40–50 drinks.

Instead of being pasteurised, the juice is frozen straight after pressing, which is why the flavour stays fresh. It arrives frozen. Keep it in the freezer (−18 °C), where it keeps for 12 months, and thaw it in the fridge the day before your party.
