About the product
Le Tribute Ginger Beer is a fiery, non-alcoholic ginger beer made with ginger from India. It is punchier and spicier than ginger ale, with a good warmth in the finish. The bottle holds 200 ml.
Ginger beer is the mixer for Mules. For an alcohol-free Mule: fill a copper mug or glass with ice, add 15–20 ml of lime juice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with dried lime and mint. Want more heat? Add a few dashes of ginger juice.
It is also good on its own, well chilled, or with passion fruit syrup for a tropical twist. For something milder, try ginger ale.
