About the product
Passion fruit syrup from the American maker Fee Brothers gives drinks a tropical, fruity and slightly tart flavour. The syrup is non-alcoholic and comes in a 984 ml bottle.
Use it in tropical cocktails and mocktails, and also in passion fruit lemonade, iced tea, soda water and smoothies. Stir 20 ml into a glass with lime juice and soda water, or shake it with ice and top with tonic. At 20 ml per glass, one bottle makes around 50 drinks.
Want more fruit and a thicker texture? Use passion fruit purée alongside the syrup. Keep the bottle in the fridge after opening.
