Ginger juice 250 ml

Bardjús ginger juice is a punchy, cold-pressed organic juice made from fresh ginger. The ginger is washed by hand, gently pressed and the juice filtered twice, so it is clear and full of flavour.

A few dashes, or 5–10 ml, add heat and freshness to a drink. Try a ginger lemonade with lemon juice and soda water, a homemade ginger shot, or boost the flavour of ginger beer and ginger ale in alcohol-free cocktails. One bottle makes 25–50 drinks.

Instead of being pasteurised, the juice is frozen straight after pressing, which is why the flavour stays fresh. It arrives frozen. Keep it in the freezer (−18 °C), where it keeps for 12 months, and thaw it in the fridge the day before your party.
