About the product
Fee Foam from Fee Brothers is a cocktail foamer that replaces egg white. Two dashes before shaking give the drink a beautiful, dense foamy head, just like a classic sour. It contains no egg, is vegan and taste-neutral, so it does not change the flavour of the drink.
At a party the benefits are obvious: no raw eggs, no separating whites from yolks, and the same foam in every glass. A vegan egg-white replacement also suits guests with egg allergies and those who avoid animal products. The dasher cap makes it easy to use.
How to use Fee Foam: add 2 dashes to the shaker with the juice and syrup, shake hard without ice first (dry shake) and then again with ice. Strain into a glass and let the foam settle. A 150 ml bottle is enough for well over a hundred drinks.
