Blue Curaçao syrup from Fee Brothers is a non-alcoholic take on classic blue curaçao. It has a strong orange-peel flavour and turns drinks a vivid blue. The bottle holds 984 ml.
Blue syrup is popular at parties where colour matters, such as graduations, themed parties and kids' birthdays. Try a blue lemonade with lemon juice and soda water, or a blue mocktail with tonic and ice. Use 15–20 ml per glass and one bottle makes around 50 drinks.
Tip: blue and yellow make green. Mix the syrup with orange or pineapple juice for a green drink, or pour it in last for layered colours. Keep the bottle in the fridge after opening.
