At a confirmation party everyone wants something good in their glass, young and old. A non-alcoholic cocktail bar goes down well with every age group and is easy to put together: glasses, syrups and mixers, and a bartender if you would rather enjoy the day than stand behind the bar.
What does a non-alcoholic cocktail bar need?
- Glasses. Highball glasses for long drinks cost ISK 190 each, and cocktail glasses ISK 249. Plan for 2–3 glasses per guest.
- Syrups and purée. Raspberry, strawberry, green apple, vanilla and passion fruit give plenty of variety. See syrups and purée.
- Mixers and juice. Soda water, ginger beer, tonic and fresh lemon or lime juice.
- Bartender. Mixes non-alcoholic cocktails for the confirmand and their friends. ISK 8,990 per hour.
