Each of our sets is one table and two benches, seating 6–8 guests. Six sit comfortably with room for plates and glasses. Eight fit if people sit close together, for example around a coffee table or if there are children in the group.

Does everyone need a seat?
Not necessarily. At a standing reception or a garden party where people move around, seats for about half the guests are enough. At a wedding, a confirmation or a dinner party where food is served, on the other hand, every guest should have a seat. Remember a table for the buffet, the cakes or the gifts too. One extra set works well for that.
How many sets fit in the tent?
- Party tent 5×8 m: 4–5 sets with a walkway between them, or around 30 guests seated.
- Party tent 4×5 m: around 2 sets, or around 15 guests seated.
Each set measures 183 × 146 cm when set up, including the benches. Allow space around each set so people can get to and from the table.
Setting up takes seconds
The sets fold flat and are quick to set up: lay the table on its side, fold the legs out until they lock and turn it over. The benches are set up the same way. More in the tables and benches instructions.
