When your company holds an annual party, a Christmas party or a staff party, nobody wants to run the bar. At RentEvent you get bartenders, a beer tap and glasses in one order, delivered to the venue and collected after the evening, and you can have an invoice made out to your company.
What does the bar need?
- Bartenders. ISK 8,990 per hour, 2-hour minimum. We recommend one bartender for every 35 guests so the queue stays short.
- Beer tap. ISK 14,990 per day. Connected on site at no extra cost.
- Glasses. From ISK 190 per glass, returned unwashed. Plan for 2–3 glasses per guest.

Invoice and payment
Companies can pay online like anyone else, or ask for an invoice to the company ID number. Send us the date and the number of guests and we reply within 24 hours with a suggestion for equipment and a price.
Book in good time
Annual parties and Christmas parties fill up quickly, and the December weekends go first. The annual-party season runs into spring, so it is never too early to lock in bartenders and equipment.
Checklist and more
